Atalanta reveal the new personal record set by Lookman after goal against Como

 

Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman set a personal record following his goal for Atlanta in a 3-2  loss to Cesc Fabregas Como in a serie A encounter staged at the Gewiss Stadium on Tuesday night.

Lookman who was a surprise omission from the starting lineup,came off the bench to replace Mateo Retegui nine minutes into the second half, with Atlanta searching for an equaliser.

Davide ZappaCosta's early opener was cancelled out by Gabriel Strefezza, before Sead Kolasinac put the ball into his own net to give the visitors the advantage.

Things got more difficult for Atlanta as Alieu Fadera made it 3-1 with a shot from an acute angle two minutes before the hour mark.

In the ninth minute of stoppage time, Lookman stepped up to convert the penalty won by Vlahovic' to cut the deficit for the home team and set a new personal record in the process.
