HIGHLIGHTS OF GALATASARAY VS TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

 

In the UEFA Europa League match on November 7, 2024, Galatasaray triumphed over Tottenham Hotspur with a 3-2 victory. The game, held at Rams Park Stadyumu in Istanbul, saw a dynamic first half where Galatasaray dominated early. Yunus Akgün put Galatasaray ahead in the 6th minute, and Victor Osimhen added a brace, scoring in the 31st and 39th minutes, assisted by Dries Mertens. Tottenham responded with an equalizer in the 18th minute, courtesy of Will Lankshear, but couldn't keep up with Galatasaray’s attacking rhythm.

In the second half, Tottenham tried to rally with some tactical changes, and Dominic Solanke scored for them in the 69th minute, but it wasn't enough to overturn the deficit. Despite late pressure and several yellow cards, Galatasaray held on to claim the three points.
