Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has undergone surgery to treat a fractured ankle. The injury occurred during Tottenham's 4-0 victory over Manchester City on November 23, 2024. Despite completing the match, medical assessments later confirmed the severity of the injury. The club stated that Vicario will be monitored by the medical team to determine his recovery timeline. Tottenham currently ranks sixth in the Premier League and will face AS Roma in the Europa League on November 28, 2024.
