Highlights of Nigeria Vs Ghana

 On December 28, 2024, Nigeria's Super Eagles B team secured a 3-1 victory over Ghana's Black Galaxies in the second leg of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo. 

Match Highlights:

18th Minute: Sodiq Ismail opened the scoring for Nigeria, capitalizing on a well-placed pass from captain Nduka Junior. 

21st Minute: Nduka Junior doubled Nigeria's lead, taking advantage of a defensive lapse by Ghana to score from inside the penalty area. 

24th Minute: Saviour Isaac extended the lead to 3-0, intercepting a pass and skillfully beating Ghana's goalkeeper before placing the ball into the net. 

73rd Minute: Stephen Amankuna pulled one back for Ghana, but it wasn't enough to change the outcome. 

This victory ensured Nigeria's qualification for the 2024 CHAN tournament, marking their first qualification in six years.
