Salah wants a special premier League win for Liverpool this season as he is set to leave

Mohamed Salah has announced that the 2024-2025 season will be his final one with Liverpool, as he does not plan to renew his contract, which expires in June 2025.  Expressing his commitment to the club, Salah emphasized his desire to secure the Premier League title this season, aiming to deliver a memorable farewell gift to the fans and the city.

Salah stated, "The first thing that was on the list was to win the Premier League with Liverpool...coming back here too, it's my last year in the club so you want to do something special for the city."

This season, Salah has been in exceptional form, leading the Premier League with 17 goals and 13 assists.  His contributions have been instrumental in propelling Liverpool to the top of the league standings, currently holding an eight-point lead.

As Salah prepares to bid farewell to Anfield, he remains focused on achieving another Premier League triumph, especially since the previous title was won during the COVID-19 pandemic without the presence of fans.  He expressed, "I still believe the team needs a trophy...It's necessary for us to win another trophy before we all go."

Liverpool supporters will undoubtedly cherish Salah's final season, hoping to celebrate another league title with him before his departure.
